Eden urged the government strengthen training programs for PWDs

People with disabilities need training for more advanced and sophisticated skills that meet the requirements of the jobs in society, said Eden. "Having a mental or physical disability is not equal to lack of capability," said Eden's chief executive officer, Mr. Huang Jow-song, who believed that the value of the labor of workers with disabilities should be re-evaluated.
